Baker was having a good time in Arkansas.
He got hit with four charges.
Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, fleeing, and resisting arrest. The fleeing one is the most interesting because he probably try to run away, but his 40 time wasn’t that good.

The Oklahoma athletic department has responded with a brief statement—“We are aware of the matter and are learning the details. We don’t have any other information at this time.”
