Morgan Joyce Varn, 24, from South Carolina, faces kidnapping, armed robbery and property damage charges in Lancaster County, the Charlotte Observer reported.
What she’s best known for, though, is her terrifying appearance.
The haunting mugshot has drawn reactions of disbelief from social media users, who called her look “Satanic” and “creepy.”
Some speculate that the corneas of her eyes are tattooed. Her pale face and neck are also heavily tattooed.
She is being held without bond.
