The Kyrie Irving trade demand is the topic du jour in the NBA. An anonymous Cavaliers player was quoted as saying:
I hope Kyrie is with us, that’s all I got to say. At the end of the day we’re pretty f—ing good.
A fan took to Twitter and said he bet JR Smith was the source. Never one to avoid fan interaction, JR responded and tweeted he didn’t say it but he agrees with whoever said it.
We don’t know who said it, but JR sounds like someone that would say it. Iman Shumpert maybe? Either way, it seems like more than one Cavs player hopes Kyrie stays.
