A woman in Washington DC allegedly urinated in a cup on a bus before pouring it on a female driver. Opal Brown, 38, turned herself in to police on Wednesday after surveillance footage captured her throwing a cup of fresh urine at a female bus driver.
She dropped the cup before exiting at a stop and running away. The urine hit the driver in the face.Brown told News4 that the driver had been rude to her, and that is why she attacked her.
‘She said “Have a nice day” all sarcastically,’ Brown said. ‘She could have been more courteous.’ The woman was standing near the door waiting to exit the Metro X2 bus at about 6.15pm.Metro spokeswoman Sherri Ly says the passenger was getting off when the bus operator told her, ‘have a nice day.’ She responded, ‘Are you talking to me?’ After the driver replied ‘yes,’ Brown reached around the driver’s plastic shield and dumped the liquid.
‘I was provoked. I hate Metro,’ she said.‘I’ve been catching Metro for 35 years. They’ve never done s**t for me,’ the lifelong D.C. resident said. A woman who threw a cup of her own urine at a D.C. bus driver on Saturday turned herself in to police on Wednesday and told News4 the driver had been rude to her. “I was provoked. I hate Metro,” Opal L. Brown told News4’s Adam Tuss in a phone interview Wednesday morning. “I’ve been catching Metro for 35 years. They’ve never done s— for me,” the Southeast D.C. resident said. “To say bizarre is really an understatement. It’s a vulgar assault,” Metro Transit Police Chief Ron Pavlik said Tuesday.
The driver should pursue every legal means of action to destroy this woman.
