Inglewood Streets Taken Over by Bosnian FIFA World Cup Fans

The city of Inglewood is officially experiencing FIFA World Cup fever. Hundreds of Bosnian soccer fans were observed marching through the streets of the LA County neighborhood just before Bosnia lost to Switzerland 4-1 in a group B World Cup match at Los Angeles Stadium.

The most recent group to participate in the World Cup festivities throughout the United States this summer is the Bosnia fan community.

The gathering of Bosnian supporters was spotted waving the national flag while screaming “Bosnia” over the unrelenting pounding of a drum and a chorus of applause.

Another video of the gang happily walking through Inglewood surfaced on X as they made their way down to Los Angeles Stadium.

Los Angeles Stadium, which has been temporarily renamed from SoFi Stadium for the duration of the event, was filled with Bosnian and Swiss supporters when kickoff for Thursday’s game started.

Throughout the game, the Bosnian supporters had taken over several areas of the stadium, waved yellow flags, and cheered and sang.

Throughout the World Cup, Bosnia’s supporters have been among the loudest and most ardent. The streets of the Canadian capital were also overrun by Balkan supporters prior to their first Group B match at Toronto Stadium, when they tied Canada 1-1.

Thousands of people gathered in downtown Toronto and marched in unison, cheering, chanting, banging drums, and waving flags as they made their way to the stadium.

Although Bosnian supporters have been seen rejoicing on Los Angeles’ streets for the first time on Thursday, the City of Angels has already experienced the effects of the World Cup.

Little Tokyo was overrun by South Korean supporters last week, who had a great time watching them play South Africa.
