Welp, they pulled a fast one on us. Mia Khalifa and Gilbert Arenas were in the news after Arenas exposed Khalifa for being in his DM’s. It’s something Khalifa always does to athletes, so some people got a little gleeful when the tables were turned.
However, it appears all of that was staged because we’re here now. Washington Post reports that Arenas & Khalifa will be doing a sports show together. It’ll be a daily sports talk show on Complex and premieres on Oct. 16th.
Noah Callahan-Bever, Complex’s Chief Content Officer said,
For Complex News, the goal was to create “an anti-sports show sports show,” a program that feels “as close to the commentary that is happening in living rooms and on social media as possible
