Evidence gathered in R&B singer Nelly’s alleged rape case has been released. Photos from the night of his arrest and surveillance videos showing both parties involved.
First reported by TMZ the case was completed and handled by the Washington State police dept. Authorities wrapped up the investigation last month after prosecutors dropped the case. The accuser 22- year old, Monique Greene refused to testify therefore the case was dropped.
Now that officials have finished the case evidence surrounding the case is now released. Evidence includes both stories of how the incident occurred, photos of the clothes both Nelly and Monique Greene was wearing the night of the incident. Surveillance videos depicting Nelly and accuser Monique, leaving the Seattle nightclub where they met, and getting on his tour bus.
The video also shows the moment when she leaves the bus and calls the police to report the alleged rape.
Nelly and Greene have two very different accounts of what happened that night in question. ent. Nelly told police their sex oral and vaginal which was consensual, and Greene had removed her own clothing. He says he did not use a condom, but also said he did not ejaculate. He claimed Greene only got upset because she thought he was involved with one of his dancers, who was also on the bus at the time.
Greene told police Nelly forcefully removed her pants and threw her onto the bed, and said, “You’re gonna take this d**k.” She says he repeatedly told her during the intercourse, “That’s my p***y.” She says the forcible sex lasted for 30 minutes, and she believed he had ejaculated inside her, and also on her backside and front.
Greene also says Nelly offered her $2,500 and asked her to stay on the bus until their next destination, but according to her story she told him she’s not a prostitute. Monique also claims when she was getting off the tour bus someone else pushed her off, and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her.
According to Nelly, he handed her the $100. Sounds like the poor girl went through a lot, if there is any truth to the incident.
Monique Greene has filed a lawsuit against the singer for sexual assault and defamation. It is said that Nelly too, will seek a lawsuit although he’s yet to file.
