During the second half of a Class 1A-DI semifinal between Hanover and Centralia at Fort Hays State’s Gross Memorial Coliseum, Hanover’s Thomas Atkins threw down an open-court dunk. And though the dunk itself was spectacular, it was a push from an unidentified Centralia player that prompted the video — taken by spectator Hayden Gillium — to go viral.
