There are multiple ways to detain a young lady, but in this instance, this security guard perhaps took it too far.
Tom Clingo, 32 is seen choking and slamming 16-year-old girl for shoplifting according to Rawstory. In this five-minute video, the girl tries to fight back but Cringo isn’t letting her get up. People nearby came to the scene and were yelling at Clingo to get off of her and let her go.
When the police arrive she is let go and the police don’t arrest Clingo for his actions and mistreatment of the girl. We’re unsure if the girl was charged but, Cringo walked free and no comment from Kroger.
