At 35 years old, Tony Parker has played 17 seasons with the San Antonio Spurs but that may all come to an end. Reports from SLAM state that Parker is unsure if he will be part of the Spurs next season. However he feels that he will still be in the NBA playing for another team.
Per News 4 San Antonio, Parker understands it’s all business.
“It is not yet sure that I’ll stay with the Spurs. I am open to all proposals, I would like to have my entire career in San Antonio.
The sport is a business and we will have to make choices”
Parker suffered a leg injury last playoffs and saw a decrease in playing time this year. He averaged about 20 minutes of playing time with 7.7 points per game and 3.6 assists last season.
Spurs have a lot to think about this offseason dealing with Parker and star player Kawhi Leonard.
