Spurs guard Dejounte Murray & girlfriend Jilly Anais were initially denied entry into Mastro’s steakhouse due to her dress being deemed too sexy by the doormen.
Apparently, this restaurant has a strict dress code & has a habit of turning people away who aren’t in compliance, which as long as they aren’t being discriminatory; is perfectly fine and fully within their rights as a business.
In the video caught by TMZ, you see the doormen holding up the couple until one escorts Murray to speak to a manager while Anais waits on them to return. At most, slightly embarrassing for her, but from all appearances, the restaurant staff handled the situation with great tact & professionalism all the way around.
In the social-media era, how an establishment handles situations like these on camera can be the difference between a boom in business, & being the target of lawsuits & boycotts.
