I don’t care what the guy did.
He isn’t being aggressive, and he is isn’t armed, all he is doing is sitting on a curb. He is literally is no threat to this cop but gets tased in the back anyway.
It is disgusting to watch. An investigation has been launched, but don’t expect anything to happen besides a paid vacation and a slap on the wrist from the cop.
