Yesterday before the BET Awards, LA native Nipsey Hussle was supposed to perform with YG on the pre-show. Prior to that, Nipsey was involved in a dispute with a BET Awards employee that resulted in the man getting slapped.
Per Bossip, the situation escalated after Nipsey tried to park in a specific spot and Mark, the employee, didn’t allow it. Nipsey’s security guard attempted to move the cone, the employee wasn’t letting that slide, and then it concluded with a Dave Chappelle Rick James slap.
I already know what happened.. Nipsey probably tried to park in the lot. Mark wasnt having that. Nip’s security guard moved the cone, words were exchanged, then a slap was administered..

Nipsey tried to offer an explanation to the employee prior to the confrontation. He said that he’s one of the BET Awards talents but the man didn’t believe him. According to The Jasmine Brand, Nipsey was arrested but released shortly after and made his performance with YG.
