Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis has seemingly gone public with a new romantic relationship, appearing at a birthday dinner with 38-year-old Dr. Alexandria Lightning just days after she welcomed her first child.
Lightning, who owns a hormone therapy business and describes herself as an advocate for holistic wellness, posted photos on Instagram of the couple dining together Tuesday evening in the Vegas suburbs. In one image, Davis, smiling broadly, sits close to her.
“What a wonderful birthday celebration this year. And my first one as a mother,” Lightning captioned the post, which also included a photo of her newborn son, Maverick Alexander Lightning. The child was born Feb. 22, according to her social media.
The father of the baby has not been publicly named. Lightning, originally from Indiana, has more than 71,000 followers on Instagram, where her handle is @alexandria_lightening.
Davis, who inherited the Raiders from his late father, Al Davis, in 2011 and relocated the NFL franchise to Las Vegas in 2020, has faced previous speculation about relationships with much younger women. The team’s billionaire owner turned 70 in 2025.
No comment was immediately available from the Raiders or Davis’ representatives. Lightning did not respond to messages seeking comment.
The photos quickly spread online, with multiple outlets reporting the pair as a couple. Davis has not previously confirmed the relationship.
Lightning’s Instagram post marks the first public appearance linking the two. She shared the images with her followers shortly after the dinner, celebrating both her birthday and new motherhood.
The Raiders are preparing for the upcoming NFL season with the #1 pick in NFL Draft. Davis has been a visible presence at team events but has kept much of his personal life private. BSO sources tell us that Davis isn’t likely the father, so instead he will have to be the stepfather who stepped up if the relationship gets serious.
