WE tv is getting ready to launch the third season of Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta season three which will premiere on October 11. Among the stars of the show are So So Def labelmates Jermaine Dupri, Bow Wow & Da Brat, along with artists and reality TV stars Lil Mama, Kiyomi Leslie, Jhonni Blaze, and Masika Kalysha.
The premiere party was launched in Atlanta and the stars were aligned on the red carpet to celebrate the third season in the last calendar year. New acts for season three are Masika who starred in Love & Hip Hop Hollywood and was highly publicized for her relationship with Fetty Wap. Lil Mama also makes her debut on the show. She originally came onto the scene in 2007 for her hit single ‘Lip Gloss‘ and recently starred as Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in the TLC biopic ‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.’
Bow Wow will continue to be on the show but this comes after his recent beef with So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri after Dupri detailed their relationship over the years in a interview with The Breakfast Club which included their ups and downs. Bow Wow recently killed any beef between them on Twitter and said that he would join Dupri and Da Brat on their So So Def 25-Year Anniversary Tour after previously saying on social media that he would not be showing up.
