Skylar Diggins-Smith is still one of the best athletes in the WNBA and now she will be celebrating motherhood. She married former Notre Dame Wide Receiver Daniel Smith a few years ago and the two will welcome their first child together. Diggins-Smith also played her college ball at Notre Dame.
Diggins-Smith made the pregnancy announcement as she posted a video of the ultrasound of the baby. Depending on the length of the pregnancy, she could miss significant time for her Dallas Wings squad. Nonetheless, this will be a wonderful time in life for her.
