Remy Ma is under fire again. This time for defending R Kelly.
During a recent episode of State of Culture, Remy said that Kelly’s sexual interactions could not be considered rape because he was eating their ass to give pleasure.
“Rapists are only there for their pleasure and do not eat a** to give the woman pleasure, therefore, the act between R Kelly and those girls wasn’t rape but consensual sex.”
So according to that logic, the age doesn’t matter as long as you slip some tongue in the booty of your victim. Her position is surprising considering the venom she had in her diss track ShEther for Nicki Minaj’s brother who was convicted last year.
This latest misstep comes on the heels of her thoughts on non-white people using the n-word. Twitter took her to task for saying she doesn’t question its use.
“When it comes to the word […] I don’t usually get offended regardless of what your nationality is if I don’t feel like you’re using it as a racial slur,” she said. “I hear it so frequently from people who aren’t black people. Like Fat Joe, he’s the blackest Spanish guy on this planet earth and I’ve never questioned it.”
