I have met Steve Willis a couple of times and he is the nicest man you will ever meet.
More importantly, he loves his job. He is an outstanding ref that lets fighters fight and is very fair in everything he does in the ring.
With that being said, he is becoming famous for his in-ring expressions during the fight where he seems to be enjoying the action as much as the fighters.
