With the evidence they have, Kelly might have to cut a deal, no way he is going to be able to skate on all these charges, plus according to his lawyer, he is broke.

The uncle of one of the accusers kept the tape of his niece and Kelly for 18 years before turning it over to cops. People speculate it was when R Kelly stopped paying him is why he did it.
