It’s been a bad off season for the Dallas Cowboys defensive line.
Star DE DeMarcus Lawrence is unhappy with his second consecutive franchise tag (on top of needing shoulder surgery), Randy Gregory has been suspended indefinitely, and David Irving quit playing football while smoking weed on the IG.
Although, Irving was not expected to be back with the Cowboys next season anyway.
Apparently, things got worse for the Cowboys defensive line and this time it involved…Coyote Ugly.
Cowboys DE and captain Tyrone Crawford was involved in an incident on March 15th at Coyote Ugly in Panama City, Florida, according to TMZ Sports.
Crawford, 6’4, 285 lbs, allegedly shoved two police officers, while they were making arrests after a bar fight at Coyote Ugly.
Multiple people were injured, including an employee suffering a broken foot.
There were 8-10 people who were fighting at the bar when cops showed up to break things up.
Although Crawford is not named in the police report, multiple witnesses say he was heavily involved in the melee.
Surveillance video (not available at this time) shows Crawford bull-rushing two cops and having to be restrained and pushed away from the scene.
Remarkably, Crawford was not arrested after the fight was over.
The Cowboys and the NFL will certainly be involved as more details continue to come in.
So stay tuned.
