At no point in these clips does R Kelly say outright he hasn’t had sex with girls under the age of 18.
He said that he isn’t holding them against their will, he is saying he beat his case and he is saying that the past is the past, not the current.
Basically, what R Kelly is saying is that he did terrible things in the past and is upset now that it has come to bite him in the back in the present.
