During Rolling Loud weekend in Miami over a week ago, NBA Youngboy and his entourage were involved in a shootout with who was supposedly Tee Grizzley’s entourage. This all went down by the Trump International Beach Resort in the Sunny Isles Beach area of Miami. Police in the area didn’t try to charge Youngboy due to him acting out in self-defense but that hasn’t been the case in his hometown of Baton Rouge.
Youngboy is being held in jail in Baton Rouge until a judge decides if he violated his probation by being involved in the shooting. His next court date is June 21. During the shooting, a 43-year-old man named Mohamad Jradi was killed while in his car, Youngboy’s girlfriend Kay Marie was shot and a five-year-old child was supposedly hit with a grazed bullet. The man’s death has now taken a toll on Youngboy, according to The Miami Herald.
Youngboy’s defense attorney said that the rapper is a victim of an assassination attempt and that Youngboy wishes that he was the one who was shot, not Jradi. Legal issues keep hitting Youngboy and preventing him from continuing to be the star that he is so it seems that mentally, he’s tired of everything. Hopefully he clears his mind soon, is given some guidance on his path, and can finally stay out of trouble.
