Nipsey Hussle’s sister Samantha Smith and his baby mama Tanisha Foster have been in a serious custody battle over who gets to take care of his daughter Emani. Last week, a judge ruled that she will be in Smith’s care leaving Foster furious as she left the court room.
Now, Nipsey’s family has come out in favor of Smith taking care of Emani. TMZ sources say that Foster’s legal record is playing a role in their view of why she shouldn’t be the guardian. Foster previously had a warrant out for her arrest for a DUI and has multiple arrests dating back to 2006.
