Powcast Sports got the chance to interview James Harden and asked him his thoughts on the 18′-19′ NBA Season.
The first thing Harden mentioned was injuries. “We got to stay healthy, that was one of the reasons that set us back last year”. James also said everyone, himself included needs to get a little bit better this summer. An interesting note he did mention Chris Paul, which will hopefully kill some of the Rockets drama.
Later in the interview Harden was asked how he feels to see kids replicate his game on the court, and fashion off the court. Harden replied
That’s when you know you’re doing something right, right? Then you have the haters who talk about is that a travel? Is that too many steps? Why is he wearing this, he doesn’t look right. That’s just the haters, man. That’s when you know you’re doing something right, when you got people talking about you. It drives me to keep doing what I’m doing, keep creating moves, keep wearing whatever I want to wear and I let the haters keep talking.
Whether you think Harden travels or not, your hate will apparently keep James motivated.
