Broncos Su’a Cravens Believes the Redskins Cut Off His Insurance; See What Else Cravens Accuses the Team Of (Tweets)

Su’a Cravens is dug in when it comes to his beef with the Redskins.

The Broncos defensive back took to his Twitter account Monday to unleash a series of tweets directed at his former squad, the Redskins. Cravens accuses the Skins of not only cutting off his insurance, but freezing payments, recouping his pay and withholding info from him.

The Redskins traded Cravens to the Broncos in March 2018 after he missed the 2017 season, per Bleacher Report. He appeared in five games for Denver last year, posting 18 tackles and a fumble recovery. An injury to his knee forced him to start on injured reserve.

Cravens allegedly considered retirement before the 2017 season, though the Redskins placed him on the exempt list and urged him to reconsider. Cravens decided against retiring, and the team put him on the reserve list for post-concussion syndrome, ending his season.

Clearly, he still feels a way towards the Redskins. Cravens believes his issues with the Skins is the same reason why current left tackle Trent Williams is holding out against them.

I don’t blame Su’a for fighting the Skins on this issue if the team really did all this just because he was injured.
