Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott has cleared another hurdle in what has been an eventful off season.
TMZ Sports has learned that the star RB will not be charged for his altercation with a security guard in Las Vegas that occurred this past May.
Elliott, who is currently holding out for a new contract, was involved in an altercation at the Electric Daisy Carnival with Kyle Johnson, a 19-year-old security guard.
The former Ohio State star was seen bumping into the guard and knocking over a railing.
Although he was handcuffed, Elliott was not arrested, and subsequently did not face any discipline from the NFL.
Elliott, now having returned to the States after his time in Cabo, fully turns his attention to securing a new contract with the latest of his legal troubles now behind him.
For the Cowboys, this is welcomed news as they move forward in a highly-anticipated 2019 NFL season.
