A woman named Montia Sabbag has recently launched a $60 million lawsuit against Kevin Hart for negligence, infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy after the two allegedly recorded a sex tape at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas in 2017. This tape was allegedly recorded by a friend of Hart’s named Jonathan Todd Jackson without Sabbag knowing.
This lawsuit was filed on September 16, 2019 as Sabbag accuses Jackson of recording “without her knowledge or consent, while she was engaged in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart.” According to HollywoodLife though, Eniko isn’t worried about this situation and is focused on helping Hart recover from his life threatening-car crash that happened earlier this month.
“Eniko and Kevin already worked through their issues over his indiscretion; they’ve gotten past it and are on the other side. It’s a non-issue, especially with what just happened. He came so close to losing his life, Eniko is so grateful that he is alive and, well, she is not wasting her time tripping over the past.”
All parties involved in the lawsuit are the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Marriott International, and Blackstone Group for “negligently or intentionally” allowing Jackson access to Hart’s hotel room. It’s good to see how calm Eniko is during this whole situation. $60 million is a bit too much to ask for on Sabbag’s part but she might some sort of compensation in court. Hart is since getting ready to complete intense sessions of physical therapy in his road to recovery.
