On Sunday afternoon Norman Devasure found himself behind bars not long after his departure from the Buffalo Bills/Tennessee Titans game when his car collided with an ambulance.
The emergency vehicle that was struck by Norman Devasure was apparently completely stopped at a red light when it was rammed by the heavily intoxicated man on Shelby Avenue. Norman Devasure later told the police he consumed two large servings of whiskey prior to the game, in addition to the 16 different medications he’d ingested.
He was arrested and charged with Driving under the influence.
