Rapper Kodak black was involved in a fight with another inmate on Tuesday while in a Federal detention center awaiting sentencing from weapons charges. His sentencing hearing is set for Nov.13.
The altercation escalated further after an on duty guard attempted to stop the fight and ended up with serious enough injuries that surgery had to be performed at an area hospital. Allegedly Kodak Black gave the guard a Sebastian Janikowski style kick to the groin which could land the Florida rapper additional charges for assault.
Currently Kodak Black has plead guilty to falsifying documents in an effort to obtain a firearm, saving the court the cost of a lengthy trial could garner leniency from the court in his favor however, this latest incident may create extra issues going forward.
