This won’t make diehard New York Knicks fans very happy at all.
Richard Jefferson during Sunday night’s Knicks and Nets game had a revelation.
Jefferson, who retired after the 2017 season, was only offered a contract by one team to continue playing.
That team according to Jefferson, the New York Knicks.
But for Jefferson, playing for the Knicks was a non-starter, so much so that so, he decided to retire.
Jefferson, who is also a former Nets player, wasn’t about end his loyalty to the Nets by playing for the Knicks.
