Bronny James and Zaire Wade made their Sierra Canyon HS debuts Thursday night on ESPN 3 in San Diego in front a sellout crowd of 1600 people.
James, the son of LeBron James, and Wade, the son of Dwyane Wade, played their first game of what is to be 15 scheduled games on the ESPN family of networks.
Bronny James came off the bench and scored 10 points. His first bucket in a Trailblazers uniform was a corner three-pointer.
Wade got into the act and had an alley-oop dunk on a fast break in transition and finished with 6 points.
Sierra Canyon won the game against Montgomery (San Diego) 91-44.
A lot has been made about Sierra Canyon and the amount of their games that will be broadcasted on their networks. Reaction has been mixed, but regardless, their television debuts had folks talking.
James and Wade made the most of their first televised appearance and if things go the way they hope, it will be the first of many in their long careers.
