J.R Smith’s wife, Shirley “Jewel” Smith, recently posted a video to social media discussing Smith cheating on her with “The Flash” actress, Candice Patton. She prayed for Patton and asked for God to give her grace and mercy throughout this situation. Jewel also felt like God gave her signs to publicly speak on this situation.
Jewel went on to pray to God about JR getting healed from this situation and forgiveness for what he’s doing. She also wants God to mend her heart for messing with a married man. A wife praying for a mistress is definitely unusual. As far as J.R, the former NBA champion is finally speaking on this whole scandal.
J.R says Instagram isn’t the place for relationships but God told him to tell everyone that he’s been separated from Shirley for months and he doesn’t understand why she didn’t mention that. He also included the hashtag, #ThatsAll. The two have been married for three years now and have three kids.
