The custody battle between Lira Galore and Quality Control Co-founder Pierre Thomas, better known as “Pee” has reached full-scale war.
In a new $40 million dollar countersuit filed against Pee Thomas, Lira Galore claims that public statements on social media made by Pee accusing her of using cocaine while pregnant and falling under the spell of a pimp who then coerced her to go after his money.
This information was revealed by Pierre Thomas in a lengthy Instagram post excoriating Lira Galore, which according to the filing has ruined Lira’s life and standing amongst her peers.
The lawsuit also asks the court to instruct Pierre Thomas to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before his visitation rights are restored, she believes Pee may be suffering from some form of mental illness.
It’s unclear if this latest lawsuit to the tune of $4o million dollars replaces or stands apart from the $50 million dollar suit Lira Galore filed against Pee Thomas back in December 2019. This lawsuit stemmed from allegations of abuse from Pierre Thomas that allegedly led to a $50k cash payment to Lira Galore to keep her from going to the authorities.
