An Instagram model from Texas named Kaylen Ward has come up with a very creative way to raise money for the large fires that are plaguing the country right now. According to The Mirror, that tactic has been giving nude photos to every person who donated $10. In total, she has made £230,000 which is equal to $301,000.
She just recently tweeted they are up over $500k
To no surprise, people went crazy over this and showed their donations made to the NSW Rural Fire Service, Victorian Country Fire Service, Red Cross, and hospitals that have been treating koalas that have been affected by the fires. The $500k was also made in one day due to her large following. The downside to Ward’s generous act is that she’s supposedly been cut off by her family.
Ward’s Instagram account also ended up being shut down due to guideline violations. She had over 50,000 followers at the time. On Twitter, she has double the amount of followers with 148k. Things also got worse for relationships as the guy she’s into won’t speak to her now. Ward looked at the bright side of things as she said she wants to save the koalas.
