Sportscaster Dale Hansen has been known to mince no words when it comes to how society and sports intersect, and he’s back with another take comparing Donald Trump and Dallas Cowboy supporter.
The Cowboys have recently hired former Packers Head Coach Mike McCarthy after firing Jason Garrett, who was the Cowboys coach for the past decade.
The process to let go of Garrett was long and drawn out, and frustrated many Cowboys fans.
Hansen, who works for WFAA in Dallas, said that what Cowboys fans are going through mirrors what’s happening in this country today.
Cowboys fans are really going through the struggle after winning only two playoff games in almost 25 years and still referring to their team as “America’s Team.”
