Superbowl champion and starting defensive back Bashaud Breeland has a lifetime dream of visiting the infamous Whitehouse that is arguably the largest and most sought after visitation exhibit in North America.
Breeland recently told TMZ sports,
“Why would I not [go], man?!” Breeland says. “It’s an experience that everybody, every kid would want to go to.”
It’s very common for a championship team to receive and official invitation from the oval office, ultimately with inspirations of meeting the commander in chief, but with recent rifts in the last several years from President Trump, numerous teams and players have either declined the invitation or spoke out about not even wanting to visit.
Breeland seems to imitate the same reaction from head coach Andy Reid who was quoted previously stating,
“It’s quite the honor”
No word yet on when an official invite from President Trump, but with both Reid and Breeland going public stating their excitement for visiting the oval office you can for sure expect an invite from Trump in the next coming days.
