Keeta Vaccaro Claims Tyreek Hill Punched Her in The Stomach While She Was Pregnant

Keeta Vaccaro testified Tuesday that Tyreek Hill tried to punch her in the stomach while she was pregnant, telling a Miami-Dade court she blocked the blow with her hands and that he said he did not want the baby.

Vaccaro, also identified in court records as Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill, took the stand on the first day of the couple’s civil divorce trial at the Children’s Courthouse. According to Jesse Newell of The Athletic, she described a July 2024 incident in a Bristol, Connecticut, hotel room as “probably the worst of all these abuse times.” She said Hill threw a punch at her pregnant stomach, that the strike hit her hands as she covered her belly, and that he pulled her hair and ripped some of it out the same day.

The account tracks an amended divorce petition unsealed in October 2025. In that filing, Vaccaro said that on July 12, 2024, Hill threw her phone at her face after she told him she did not want to go out because she was pregnant and did not feel well, then “threw a punch and tried to hit her pregnant stomach, but she deflected it.” Their daughter, Capri, was born in November 2024.

Hill has denied the abuse claims. His attorney, Michael Gottlieb, previously called the allegations in the amended petition “vexatious and patently false” and said there was no corroborating evidence. Hill is expected to present his side as the trial continues. No criminal charges were filed from the incidents described in the divorce case.

They are in court because Vaccaro filed for divorce on April 8, 2025, one day after Sunny Isles Beach police were called to the couple’s condo at the Porsche Design Tower. Her mother, Alesia Vaccaro, told officers she saw Hill throw a computer and grab the infant. Police closed the investigation without charges. Vaccaro’s petition said the marriage was irretrievably broken and asked for a parenting plan, timesharing, child support and alimony.

The couple married in November 2023. The September 2025 amended petition listed eight alleged incidents of physical violence during the marriage, including shoving, hair-pulling, spitting in her face the day before she gave birth, and the Connecticut hotel episode. Under Florida law, evidence of domestic violence is a factor courts must consider in time-sharing and parental responsibility. A finding can create a presumption against shared parental responsibility. Temporary orders already set support while the case was pending. A January 2026 ruling ordered Hill to pay $5,500 a month in temporary spousal support and $3,500 a month in child support after Vaccaro sought far higher amounts.

The trial is civil, not criminal. It is meant to finish the divorce, divide what remains of a short marriage, and set a permanent plan for Capri. Hill has sought shared custody and has said Vaccaro tried to reconcile. He has said he is not interested.

The testimony lands while Hill, a free agent after his time with the Miami Dolphins, is trying to return to the NFL. Agent Drew Rosenhaus has said a signing could come this week, and the Kansas City Chiefs have been linked to a reunion. The league is still investigating Vaccaro’s claims under the personal conduct policy. Hill pleaded guilty in 2015 to domestic assault and battery by strangulation in a case involving his then-pregnant girlfriend, Crystal Espinal. The NFL has said that history can be treated as an aggravating factor if it finds a violation in the current case.

Hill’s side has argued the divorce filings are an attempt to gain leverage in a financial fight. Vaccaro’s side has argued the pattern of alleged violence, including an attack aimed at her pregnant stomach, belongs in the record the court uses to decide custody and support. The trial is expected to continue beyond Tuesday’s testimony.
