Kristian Cavallari is ready to go to war over the prenup agreement between her and Jay Cutler.
After 7 years of marriage, Cavallari and Jay Cutler are filing for a divorce.
Before the marriage, Cavallari signed a prenup, one in which, according to her, shouldn’t be allowed to be enforced.
In court docs, the reasons for Cavallari’s fight against this prenup, is “inappropriate marital conduct”.
That said conduct could end up voiding the prenup, potentially giving Cavallari a portion of the retirement benefits Cutler received after he retired from the NFL for good in 2018.
I have no sort of opinion that’d be of use here, the only thing I can really say is, divorce proceedings sound like a complete pain.
