After days of debating the rope that was found in the garage of NASCAR’s only Black driver, Bubba Wallace, a picture was finally revealed, and it shows what unequivocally can be described as a noose.
LeBron James reacted on Twitter to a clip from “Jalen & Jacoby,” where two talked about how even though the noose might not have been specifically for Wallace, it was likely that the noose was meant as a symbol of hate anyway. Jacoby also called it “a hate crime against all Black people.”
James agreed with Jalen & Jacoby, saying, “FACTS!!!!! No question about it. 🤦🏾♂️”
NASCAR’s investigation concluded that after a thorough sweep of the 29 tracks and 1,684 garage stalls at Talladega Superspeedway, authorities found 11 pull-down ropes tied in a knot — but only one noose: The one discovered on Sunday in Bubba Wallace’s garage. that had been there since October 2019.
