It’s always nice to see when racist people get the punishment they deserve.
The racist couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who brandished guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in Missouri have now been charged with a felony and misdemeanor by St. Louis’ top prosecutor, Kim Gardner.
The felony charge is for unlawful use of a weapon and the misdemeanor charge is for 4th-degree assault.
Both Mark and Patricia are personal injury attorneys so you’d think they knew it was illegal to wave a weapon in a threatening way in St. Louis.
Their lawyer says no crime was committed so they might want to get a lawyer that knows the law.
They face up to 4 years in prison for the felony charge but Gardner is trying to take it easy on them by recommending a diversion program instead of jail. However, it might not even get that far because the Governor says he might pardon the couple.
That’s what it’s like having white privilege.
