After reports that Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian are back together and buying a house, TTK decided to try to get his alleged baby mama Kimberly Alexander out of the paint.
He is suing her for defamation for claiming that he was the father of her child even though a paternity test said that wasn’t the case.
She is now fighting back.
Tristan Thompson’s alleged baby mama Kimberly Alexander rushed to court to fight back against the NBA star.
Tristan is currently suing Kimberly claiming she ran around town lying about him being the father to her son. Back in May, the NBA filed the lawsuit against Kimberly in Los Angeles Court. Prior to the suit being filed, Kimberly had been vocal on social media claiming Tristan was the biological father to her kid and ignoring his responsibilities. The NBA star was adamant the kid wasn’t his and threatened to sue Kimberly if she didn’t stop defaming his name.
In the lawsuit, Tristan says he took a DNA test back that showed he was not the father. He claims Kimberly continued saying he was the father about him despite the DNA test results.
Kimberly caught wind of the motion and finally showed up to court. She shared photos from inside the courthouse and spoke to her followers. Kimberly said she is asking the court to stop deny Tristan’s motion and allow her time to respond to his suit.
This is when Kimberly stated that TTK paid for an abortion that she didn’t have.
