45-year- old Marcus Braziel is looking at five years behind bars after he pleaded guilty for selling an illegal AR-15. The AR-15 ended up in the hands of Odessa mass shooter Seth Ator.
Vlad TV reported “Ator was reportedly adjudicated as “mentally defective” which barred him from purchasing a firearm. He attempted to buy the gun at a local sporting goods store but was rejected for his mental status. Ator later found Braziel who was willing to sell him the AR-15 without a background check, something Braziel admitted to doing often.”
The sad part is the man knew and didn’t do any background check on Ator. Be careful who you give guns to because everyone intentions aren’t trustworthy.
Five years is pointless and although he took a plea deal, it shows white privilege is real. Ator murdered seven people and injured 15 plus people in a shooting spree last year.
