Ed Orgeron revealed his secret to losing some of the extra weight he’s held on to for some time.
Divorce your wife and run around in the sun for 2 hours a day.
Now the whole “divorce your wife” part is a little over the top, but I wasn’t lying about the strenuous cardiovascular activities while under the blazing heat.
Orgeron admitted that doing cardio in the heat was all he did to shed those annoying extra pounds, and the results turned out well for the LSU head coach.
