America is a country in turmoil. Several days ago, a mob assaulted the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. Dressed in patriotic garb, some wearing what appeared to be bulletproof vests and man carrying American flags attempted to disrupt a congressional session looking to certify Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States.
Today, Las Vegas Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr showed the world he is terrible at reading the room. Posting to his Instagram account, Carr can be seen wearing a military vest complete with an American flag and the caption “It’s that time again..”.
On a normal day this would probably go unnoticed, but being that it is the inauguration of the 46th President of the United States, Carr caused quite a stir on social media.
