Kendrick Perkins has taken a lot of criticism during the NBA Finals after he proclaimed that Giannis was the Robin of the team while Khris Middleton was the Batman.
All of the criticism was deserved because Giannis played great the whole series and at times it looked like he needed help.
Giannis obviously saw the comments but didn’t say anything. His girlfriend, Mariah Riddlesprigger, saw it also and she took a few shots at Perk after Giannis’ all time performance to give the Bucks their first championship in 50 years.
She quote tweeted Perk’s statements saying he should be fired and that ESPN just puts anyone on TV. She also threw more shade at him with another tweet using Perk’s signature “carry on” to finish her statement.
Perk did tweet out his praises for Giannis so it kind of helps.
