Currently, Damon Dash is dealing with a $1 million lawsuit from Jay Z and Roc-A-Fella Records. This is after Dame tried to sell Jay’s 1996 debut album, “Reasonable Doubt,” as an NFT. Dame ended up calling the lawsuit “corny” and “embarrassing.” He also tried to claim that he only wanted to sell 1/3 of the album.
Dame is making press runs as well, with the latest being on the ‘The Cray’ podcast with Rob Weiss, O’Neal McKnight, and Shawn Chase. While walking into the room to record the podcast, Dame is seen running into a glass door, which he didn’t notice at all, leading up to that point.
Dame did a great job of brushing this off, as he flashed a bit of a smile, while rocking his shades. It’ll definitely get interesting to see if this lawsuit with Jay and Roc-A-Fella gets settled soon as well.
