My only thought is she works at a strip club or gets into a lot of fights at the club.
Jhonni Blaze (@iamjzapal) wants to be able to properly through a left hook in heels if that is what it comes down to.
The only thing missing is she needs to be drunk when she comes to training because more than likely you are going to be tipsy in the club.
This happened in Atlanta which would have been my guess even before seeing the video. I will be honest the jab isn’t too bad, just need to rotate her hips a bit more when she is throwing her hooks so she can get full power.
