When you’re at a sporting event, the chances of you becoming a meme based on your reaction to the play on the field or court is highly possible. A female Cowboys fan learned this the hard way as a cameraman spotted her during the Cowboys-49ers playoff game last Sunday.
The woman was seen at AT&T stadium crying her eyes out over ‘America’s Team’ being down six points with only 4:05 left. Of course, this moment went viral, and the fan in question made an appearance on a Dallas sports radio station to talk about what it’s like being a meme.
She mentioned how people at work all knew about it, and people in the grocery store were pointing at her.
Unfortunately for her, she will likely be used as a meme in the near future with the success the Cowboys have had in the postseason in the past, say 20 years.
The Dallas Cowboys did it again.
The Cowboys potent offense mixed in with a vastly improved defense had lots of fans primed and ready to make a run in the 2022 postseason. While they are certainly a flawed team, their raw talent is up there with the best of them.
Unfortunately for fans of the squad self-labeled as “America’s Team,” it was more disappointment once January rolled around.
The Cowboys found themselves in a hole against the San Francisco 49ers early, and they never made it back. They took about a million penalties, and looked to be a step behind for most of the game despite making it dramatic at the end.
The Cowboys seem to constantly fail to meet expectations, and there’s no greater summary of the Cowboys fan base than this one fan that was caught crying with four minutes left in the game.
