Certified con artist Simon Leviev is trying to make a career out of Netflix’s documentary about him titled “Tinder Swindler”. The New Post says that Simon has signed with a Hollywood agent and wants his own dating show after scamming nearly $10 million from women on Tinder.
Simon is out of business after Tinder and other major dating apps banned him permanently but he’s got another plan to hit Hollywood with his own dating show. What would the show be about, exactly? I’m confused here! Are women going to participate in his dating show despite scamming other women of their hard-earned money?
They say crime doesn’t pay but Simon Leviev could soon be swiping right on a vast fortune. The convicted fraudster — who is the subject of the Netflix documentary “The Tinder Swindler” — is allegedly eager to cash in on his sights on Hollywood.
TMZ says that Simon Leviev has “signed with LA-based manager Gina Rodriguez, who reps a range of reality stars, including Mama June.”
Sources close to Simon tell TMZ … he’s already signed with a talent manager, and wants to write a book, star on a dating show and host a dating podcast. Yeah, no shocker … the guy’s got big plans.
We’re told Simon’s idea for a potential dating show includes women competing for his love … and he’s interested in sharing dating dos and don’ts on a potential podcast.
As you know … Simon’s the subject of the new Netflix documentary in which women — and law enforcement — claim he flaunted a lavish lifestyle to women on Tinder, and once he got them hooked, he would convince them to “loan” him money.
When they did, he’d ghost them and allegedly make off with their dough. Almost like a Ponzi scheme, the Netflix doc claims Simon would use one woman’s funds to wine and dine the next, and so on. All told, Simon allegedly swindled over $10 million from his alleged victims before his 2019 arrest.
I can totally see Simon making cash because people love drama more than anything else.
