Zion Williamson Might Never Play In New Orleans Again Despite Local Pastor Saying He’s Excited To Get Back

Zion in New Orleans hasn’t worked out the way anyone thought it would.

He has only played nearly enough in his first 3 seasons and is going to miss the rest of this season where he hasn’t played a single game due to injury.

There have been lots of reports that have said he wasn’t happy there and now there are reports of him being traded in the offseason.

NBA insider Jordan Schultz says it’s a very good chance we won’t see Zion play for the Pels again or at least strongly explore trading him.

It’s been a rough start to Zion’s career given that he’s only played 85 games due to injury and he’s been the subject of a lot of jokes because of his weight. That reportedly caused him to reach out to a local pastor and the pastor says that Zion looks a lot different from what the media says and that he loves the city and is excited to get back.

If he’s healthy the Pels are a dangerous team so they need to do everything they can to make sure he wants to stay.
